The Biotech Space
This Creative Office Suite project is located within the prestigious TMC Innovation Factory Campus in Houston, Texas. As a renowned hub for life science and research innovation, this campus serves as a breeding ground for groundbreaking healthcare companies from around the world, shaping the future of healthcare. McLemore Luong is honored to contribute to this transformative ecosystem in our home city. Within this project, we capitalized on the abundance of natural lighting provided by the original skylights, leaving the ceilings exposed to illuminate the space. Our design incorporates functional art elements, including contrasting backsplash tiles, custom acoustical panels, and vibrant accent walls, harmoniously blending the tenant's branding and aesthetic. This careful balance ensures that the simple elegance of the space remains undisturbed while providing an inspiring environment for creativity to flourish.
