The Sales Amenity
Ownership of this project faced the dilemma of deciding where to place the residential development's sales trailer in a usable, desirable manner that did not interfere with the overall amenity delivery schedule. McLemore Luong's solution was simple - to avoid unrecoverable costs associated with a temporary building, the team included the leasing center in the first building constructed.
The leasing center is now within the same building as the restroom facility for the proposed Crystal Lagoon. By including the leasing center and enclosing the upper level of the restrooms, the design created leasable amenity spaces with stunning views over the 3-acre Crystal Lagoon Development. In addition, the design team also created a 900-square-foot enclosable patio to allow patrons and guests to use the Crystal Lagoon amenity for private events.
